2.2 The client shall comply with Google's search engine optimization guidelines.

2.3 The client shall not request the use of any black-hat SEO techniques that violate Google's policies.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Service fees will be determined through negotiation based on the complexity and workload of the project.

3.2 The client agrees to pay fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

4. Term and Termination

4.1 The service term will be specified in the contract.

4.2 Either party may terminate the services by giving 30 days' prior written notice.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 While we will make our best efforts to improve your website's rankings, we cannot guarantee specific ranking results due to the complexity and ever-changing nature of search engine algorithms.

5.2 We are not responsible for any penalties resulting from the client's violation of Google's policies.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any trade secrets of the other party obtained in the course of the cooperation.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Any dispute shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

8.1 Jindouyun SEO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be posted on this website.
